Expédition
Shipping Policy: 15$ flat fee
A fixed fee of 15$ is applied to all orders from North America and Europe.
Order Processing Time
Orders can be sent by Canada Post or through another provider at the discretion of Calimacil. It is possible to request a faster shipping for an additional fee. Calimacil reserves the right to use a different provider by cost and place of delivery as well that including additional fee for shipping that would have increased.
Canada ( 2 weeks )
All orders for each product will be sent within 5 working days (ie, excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of order. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer when the order is shipped.
United States ( 2-3 weeks )
All orders for each product will be sent within 15 working days (ie, excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of order. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer when the order is shipped.
Europe ( 3-4 weeks )
All orders will be sent within 15 working days (ie, excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of order. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer when the order is shipped.
Expedited Delivery Service ( 1-5 days )
It is possible to request an expedited delivery before ordering. The costs depend on the destination. For example, to send a sword in France in five days costs of 100 CAD will apply. These fees will be billed via Paypal after submitting your order via the Calimacil website.
International Shipping (USA and Europe)
Calimacil offers international delivery service for Europe and the United States. We have warehouses in these regions and in principle no additional charge is required other than 15 CAD for shipping.
However, i's possible that in some cases, the shipments by international mail is subject to audit by the country of destination. In this case, all taxes and customs charges incurred are paid for by the buyer. Calimacil may be subject to such fees or determine the amount of such costs in advance. Please contact the Customs Office in your community to get this information. If customs prohibit or return the package for any reason whatsoever, Calimacil repay the amount of the order.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 12.875% will be applied on all items shipped in the province of Quebec. The GST is applied to orders shipped in the rest of Canada. Under the law, no tax is applied on this site to International customers (non-Canadian).
Return items under warranty
All transportation, shipping and handling associated with all returned items to Calimacil and covered by the guarantee of one (1) year, shall be borne by the buyer. After verifying the customer's request, Calimacil cover the costs of sending a replacement item. For more details, please refer to the policy of Calimacil guarantee.
